Medical, Dental and Vision
Insurance
Sentigy provides an Aetna PPO available to you and your family. HMO option
is available. Dental and Vision coverage are also provided. Benefits go
in effect within your first 60 days of employment. 401(K)
Plan
Provided by John Hancock Pension (formerly Manulife), this 401(K) offers an array of funds from which you can choose. You may enter this plan at the beginning of any quarter.
Disability Insurance
Sentigy provides each employee with a Short-Term Disability program with up to six months coverage for a sickness or injury.
Long Term
Disability is available to employees to purchase for a monthly premium.
Life Insurance
Sentigy provides each employee with a life insurance plan equal to your
annual compensation. Additional coverage is available.
Employee Development
In the Professional Services world, we're only as good as what we know.
Therefore, we encourage our employees to become industry experts in their
particular area of knowledge. Each year, you'll work with your manager
to develop a Learning Plan for the year. You will focus both on your technical
skills, as well as your "softer" skills. Through training classes,
industry conferences, brown bag seminars, participation in professional
organizations, computer-based learning, and reading, you'll grow more
in one year than you ever have before.
Paid Time Off
