Simply put, we can only provide excellent service if we can attract and retain the best talent.

You will find during this process that we approach interviewing as a two-way street. You should interview us as much as we'll interview you. Let's learn as much as we can about one another and continue speaking as long as it makes sense.

Our style is organized but casual in the interview process. Expect us to have certain things that we're trying to learn about you in each various meeting. The interview process will normally contain four steps. These are as follows:

  • Step 1-Meet a member of the recruiting team who can fill you in on the position, the hiring manager, the company philosophy and culture.
  • Step 2-Technical interview! This is where you'll get "credit" for what you do technically-whether it's Network Architecture or Business Development.
  • Step 3-This behavioral interview will cover many of the soft skills required to succeed in our high-growth entrepreneurial environment.
  • Step 4-Meet the hiring manager. This interview summarizes your experience and clearly sets expectations for how to be successful in your new role at Sentigy.

Sentigy requires a criminal background check and a pre-employment drug test. All hiring decisions are contingent on the outcome of these reports. Sentigy is a Drug-Free Workplace.
